The Markets rebounded at the close on Friday and then added a margin of safety with today's gains. Most analysts believe we will retest the lows but today's gain means sellers will have to work even harder to produce a real retest of the lows. For investors this means any future retest attempt will probably only produce a higher low. Those still cautious of the market should wait until the Dow moves over the 50-day average at 25,111 to confirm the rally. Of course, now is the time to buy bargains. Any second dip would be a buying opportunity.
Starting in February, new positions are only added on Wednesday and Saturday except in special circumstances.
